Royal Mews

Our Royal Mews project is comprised of old-fashion comfort and contemporary quality to create an outstanding Hamptons style home with all the amenities of modern Gold Coast living.   Special attention was paid to the detailed balustrades, feature roof styling, a gabled entryway and the veranda to achieve the client's desired aesthetic. As you enter the home, gorgeous double doors open to an opulent foyer comprising of sleek black furnishings and marble feature tiles. Illuminated by a beaded chandelier the space leads to the home’s living areas and study, as well as the second story via the staircase.   To maximise the views of the waterfront lot, large windows were installed throughout the kitchen, living area and main bedroom to capture the picturesque surroundings from each aspect.   The bedrooms are all a generous size, and each has its own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Beautiful wainscoting and wallpaper feature throughout the bedrooms, as well as in the gourmet kitchen, which showcases high-quality fixtures and an impressive butler’s pantry. Utilizing an open-plan design, the kitchen connects to an expansive living space, which contains a dining area, a cosy nook by the fireplace and a television zone. The space further extends to the adjoining alfresco area via sliding glass doors when desired. In addition to the alfresco area, the backyard consists of an in-ground swimming pool and a small lawn to be enjoyed by the clients and their young children.
