The Seaward Bush Residence is a modern retreat nestled on 5 acres of stunning rural land. A three bedroom home that really makes the most of its natural setting, with indoor living flowing effortlessly out to spacious outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing or entertaining amidst countryside views. What really sets this place apart is its bold use of design elements, like stacked block walls paired with dark FlashClad aluminium cladding, creating a striking geometric look. There is also a separate two bedroom guest unit, so visitors can enjoy their own space without feeling tucked away. Built by ASK Building

“Josh was a pleasure to work with on the design of our new home. We wanted something modern, that would sit well within the landscape, and it is everything we had hoped for. Josh really listened to our ideas, provided practical advice and helped us make decisions suited to our needs and budget. He made the process feel effortless and enjoyable, liaising with our builder and the Council where required. We are thrilled with our new home. Thank you Josh, it has been a pleasure working with you.”
