Set among the trees in Noosa Heads, Shipp Residence balances off-form concrete with crisp white cladding and a floating roofline. Slender white battens screen the balconies and pool, filtering light and privacy while keeping glimpses of the ocean.
Inside, timber battened joinery, a stone waterfall island and brass details bring a relaxed, tactile feel to the living spaces. Built by JW Construction with interiors by Anchor and Belle and engineering by Westera.
