“We wanted a builder who would be predominately ‘on site’ and would take charge of the construction process, use initiative, but work closely with us, despite our home base being Dunedin. Finishing the complete job inside and out with outdoor shower area, terraces, lawns and garden areas was also important to us. Jason’s work site was always well organised, with health and safety paramount.
