This coastal gem began its life as a run down and derelict cottage. An extensive renovation now showcases its true beauty where the owner can enjoy and appreciate the beautiful coastal and estuary views.

The lovely light, airy, and open plan layout inside is a special feature of the home where views are captured from each room. The soft colour palette of the exterior weatherboards makes the home seemingly blend into its environment.

As the home is right on the coast the use of aluminum windows and joinery were chosen due to the salt spray in the air but because of the style selected, it gives the impression of timber. There are three bedrooms, the master having a beautifully appointed ensuite. The generous covered deck in the front of the home allows the owner to enjoy the changing vista of the estuary and sea beyond, whatever the weather. Having worked closely with the owner we together created a relaxing retreat for them to reside in.
