Our Walsc Facade and Internal Wall Systems gives St Charbel's Care Centre a stable base for a warm, residential second home.
For Saint Charbel's Monastery in Punchbowl has been built to be warm and dignified, while still meeting the fire safety, acoustic privacy and thermal comfort an aged care facility demands.
Walsc's Facade Wall System and Internal Wall System are used to form a non-combustible, weatherproof envelope with fire resistance up to FRL -/180/180, while the internal reinforced AAC panel delivers acoustic separation up to Rw+Ctr 54dB and fire resistance up to FRL -/120/120.
The result is a facility that reads as a genuine Lebanese home, with fire-safe, acoustically private.
