St John Vianney House: A thoughtfully designed residential project featuring four new two-storey homes and enhanced communal spaces for retired priests, including six additional bedrooms and beautifully landscaped gardens.
St John Vianney House is a property of the Roman Catholic Church of Auckland, used to provide comfortable self-care and full-care housing to priests after retirement. The church commissioned Teak Construction Group to demolish existing buildings, build four new two-storey houses and reconfigure driveways. We added six new bedrooms in the process.
Teak Construction Group designed and built landscaped courtyard and garden spaces to tie the property together with peaceful common areas.
