This home on the cliff in Stanley Point was a very special renovation. The only thing we couldn’t improve was the view of Auckland city from such a unique perspective!

The house undertook a full internal and external facelift including:

  • New internally accessed double garage
  • 3 new bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and an office added to the second story 
  • New wooden floors
  • New living area with heated/polished concrete floor 
  • New outdoor entertainment areas with Vitex decking
  • New American Oak spiral staircase 
  • Full reclad - Ground floorboard and batten, Second story weatherboard 
  • 5 new bathrooms 
  • Second story Vitex balcony 
  • Fully repainted
