The regular back and forth with the architect’s and ourselves, consulting, fine tuning and adding your wealth of buildability knowledge to the project enhanced our outcomes both physically and commercially. As you know we are also involved in commercial construction and have a deep understanding of quality workmanship and to your credit we are here now 6 months in and have absolutely no defects whatsoever.
