In order to give their home a modern interior with lots of clever tech, this Point Chevalier homeowner contacted Renovation Partner Dave Georgetti. Having not seen a renovation since being built in the early 2000s, the owner accurately described the home as “well-fitted, but dated”. Three bathrooms, the lounge and kitchen, and the garage were all thoughtfully renovated with high-end finishes, high-tech features, and everything serving a purpose. The dynamic design creates a home that is both architecturally appealing and technologically advanced. This project is brought to you by Renovation Partner Dave Georgetti from Refresh Renovations. “I was given a fresh look at our home through the eyes of a Refresh consultant. She not only gave me her recommendations for immediate ways to take the house forward now, cost effectively, she also suggested a modification for the bathroom upstairs, should I get less mobile. Her visit has made us feel enthusiastic to get on and put her recommendations into effect soon. We have already written to seek quotes from recommended providers.”
