A stunning renovation of a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on Avoca Lake, designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings and featuring expansive living spaces that maximize breathtaking lagoon views.
Nestled away on Avoca Lake, formerly known as Avoca Lagoon. This North Avoca 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom renovation was stripped back to its bare bones before the rebuild began. The suburb is one of the most sort after on the Central Coast with its rocky headlands, Norfolk pine trees and beautiful beach. When designing the house the idea was to have a timeless home with finishes that will connect with the surrounding. The open living was designed to take full advantage of the uninterrupted view of the lagoon. The two large bi-folding doors to the rear connect the entertaining decks to the kitchen and living.
