Elegant copper-clad pavilion design featuring a lap pool, serving as a potential standalone dwelling, complemented by off-form concrete for a unique street presence.
Residential
Under construction
Based on the concept of a pavilion, the design works to create an elegant copper-clad form that is punctuated by a lap pool that enters the building. The pavilion acts as a separate wing to the client’s house on the adjoining site which can later be detached as a standalone dwelling. Off-form concrete complements the patina of the copper and creates a unique presence within the street.
