BRIEF
A simple bathroom renovation could add thousands to the value of your home when you are in the process of selling and that is exactly what our The Rae project client has done with her main bathroom.
Eager to downsize, The Rae client wanted to maximise the value of her townhouse by making sure all her main spaces were renovated.
The main objective of the renovation was to separate the bath and shower, plus provide a large enough vanity with bench space. This could prove difficult in a small space, but our designer created a spacious bathroom with all of our client’s needs provided for.
The client was so happy and couldn’t believe it was the same room: she thought we had stolen space from another room.
We cannot wait to see the result of the auction, once this beauty goes on the market.
