A short walk from the beach and cafes of Mooloolaba, The Smith is a boutique collection of townhouses arranged along a shared central driveway. Timber battened screens, crisp white cladding and dark accents give each home its own identity while filtering light and privacy from the street.

Inside, each townhouse feels light and generous, with timber stairs rising through tall voids, kitchens in black and warm timber, and living spaces that open to private courtyards, including a plunge pool set within lush planting.

Built by Besal Property, with engineering by Structures Engineering Design and landscaping by 7b Landscapes.
