Trá Dubh Passive House: A two-bedroom bach designed for comfort and health, maximizing sea views and native bush outlook, located near Ruapuke Beach, aiming for Passive House Classic certification.
Trá Dubh means black sand and is a fitting name for our newest project, which looks out over Ruapuke Beach near Raglan. This two-bedroom bach will be a getaway for a busy family. It is built to maximise sea views and the outlook over native bush, as well as being a comfortable and healthy home by aiming for Passive House Classic certification. This home has been designed by our in-house Architectural and Passive House designer Belen Aseguinolaza.
