We undertook an extensive renovation of this grand Remuera villa. Our primary focus was to create a warm, low-humidity living environment for the family by installing additional insulation and a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system to improve indoor air quality. We also completed an extensive re-fit of the kitchen and bathrooms and improved the flow within the home.
