A sustainable residence nestled in Seven Hills bushland, featuring modern conveniences, purposeful design, and stunning views that create a harmonious connection with nature.
Tranters Avenue Residence is a truly unique house built into the Seven Hills bushland.
Conceptualised as a sustainable and environmentally responsible house, the small footprint of the dwelling encourages interaction with its surrounding environment and minimises the impact upon it.
The house incorporates all the modern conveniences of current day custom designed houses. Each space was carefully considered and designed for its purpose, ensuring no overrun or wasted space was designed within.
Glazing focused toward the bushland allows the occupant to 'borrow' space visually from the exterior, creating the illusion of more space internally and gifting the user spectacular views from throughout the house, lending to a tree-house aura.
The timber and black palette exaggerates this further and lends itself to retreat style living.
