This relatively new built house suffered a fire in the roof.

The builder requested the ability to work on the total re-roof area all at once.  To facilitate this huge working area within the encapsulated house (using Layher Scaffold and Layher Keder (PVC Sheet) Roof Systems), we used 3 large lattice beams, laced together, sitting at 500 mm above the ridge line, at the change of direction of the roof. See our "Wyuna Bay" 1 & 2 projects to see these amazing systems in action.

Peninsula Roofing Ltd supplied and installed replacement Corrugate Colorsteel Maxx .55g Roofing materials including barge flashings, Wide Soft-edge Ridging and Hips, Wide Valleys, timbertite screws and Covertek 407 Flame Retardant self supporting underlay to the existing house roof areas, after the existing materials have been removed and substrate prepared by Builder (Mike Olliff).

Corrugate Colorsteel Maxx .55g Roofing ‘G10 Ironsand Maxx’  was used to suit the Extra High Wind Zone of this house site.

Peninsula Roofing Ltd are members of both the "Roofing Association of New Zealand" and Scaffold and Rigging New Zealand "SARNZ". These associations provide ‘peace of mind’ that we have met the high standard of workmanship, training and business criteria required of its members.

We also have a large number of emplyees who are Licensed Building Practitioners qualified roofers and licensed in most areas of roofing and waterproofing installations. The LBP scheme requires licence holders to renew their licence every two (2) years.  Our roofers are required to undertake on-going training and keep up to date with industry changes and regulations. While doing this, they obtain points which they are required to submit when they renew their licence.

With this knowledge, you can be assured that at Peninsula Roofing Ltd we are able to provide you with roofers who are qualified and licensed and up-to-date with the very latest industry products and regulations.
