Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is an engineered wood product formed by layering strands of wood in specific orientations. It is suitable for internal use only. It saws and drills easily, making it a simple way to get natural beauty into any design.

  • When powder coating on DesignerOSB, the minimum substrate thickness is 12mm.
  • Powder coating on DesignerOSB is only recommended in a single sided application where the back is not in clear view.
  • Double sided powder coating is available but involves
  • additional sanding costs due to the course nature of the back side of the sheet.
  • Any standard finish listed under powder coating for DesignerPly is available for DesignerOSB
