Dorma Universal Floor Spring w/ Timber Door Double Action Accessory Pack Floor Spring Door Closer is a mechanical door closing device mostly used for glass doors along with patch fitting. Mostly used where both pull and push movement is required. Floor springs are used is in Interior doors of a Business park, Malls, Hospital building. Floor Spring Door Closer Function - designed to hold the door open when the door is opened past 90 degrees. Simple pushing of the door towards the closed position, activates the closer and it also commences the closing action of the door. Dorma 8062 Top Center for Double Action Doors 46300003 Features: Suitable for double action steel, aluminum and timber doors Made of die-cast aluminum It comprises of a frame portion with adjustable pin for deep profiles up to a max. 20mm, and a door portion with needle bearing Suits BTS 75V Dorma Sealing Compound 2300 45090086 Features: Recommended for floor springs exposed to wet conditions For filling the cavities between the floor spring body and the cement box to prevent moisture penetration (mandatory according to e.g. VOB regulations for wet rooms). Notes-icon: The contents of the two tins (the basic fluid and the accelerator) are sufficient for one floor spring. Warning-icon: Use compound immediately after mixing. Hardening process takes place after 20 minutes. After 24 hours the sealing compound is fully hardened.
