Project Description
The project is located within the Willoughby local area as indicated in the Willoughby Council WLEP 2012 and is within the Residential R3 zone with a maximum height limit of 12m and allowable .9:1 FSR. The approval achieved a four-storey built form comprising basement parking for 34 car spaces; and four levels of residential accommodating 29 apartments with a max approved FSR of .95:1 complying with the anticipated future character of the area under transition. The materials palette of off-form reinforced concrete panels, metal shutters and stone cladding make a strong and bold presentation to the streetscape. Metal shutters close off the private open spaces reinforcing the horizontal facade that sits over the exposed stone clad basement walls anchoring the building to the site.
