This midcentury modern "star gazer" renovation has been sensitively undertaken with care and attention to detail to ensure the uplift is true to the architectural era. This family wanted to transform their home and bring it back to it's former glory while providing multiple living zones for the family to enjoy as they grow up.
We designed two new pergola's, new bannisters, new windows, crazy sandstone, paving, a pool, landscaping, furniture selection, and pool fence, and a new restored concrete driveway. The home had been renovated by a previous DIY couple who lived in the home for 40 years and structurally there were some issues and damage. which needed attention, the huge project has been taken on by an enthusiastic and caring family, who needed help bringing their vision to life. Privacy, safety, plant selection, family entertaining space were all considerations for the design of this house and garden, with a new native garden fire pit area, with trees screening the neighbors, a new exposed aggregate steep path up to the entrance, which was previously slippery brick.
