When building this new Porter Davis Home in Hampton, my clients reached out just after they had moved in revealing a blank building site to start with. Using our CAD program, we designed the covered alfresco areas with privacy in mind. A custom built covered BBQ had a tall bamboo screen for shade and privacy in summer. They wanted a firepit area for those cooler evenings with friends and family, a covered alfresco dining area with a custom, designed bbq for entertaining. A particular request was for a pretty jungle view toward the side fence from their kitchen window, we paid careful attention to the plants they wanted in every area surrounding their home for both privacy and that secluded feeling in the middle of bustling Melbourne. The lovely shaded walkway entrance and driveway was designed with particular attention to Australian natives and drought tolerant plants which highlighted the contemporary home. Their front fence we designed to suit the architectural design of their home while being low maintenance and elegant just as the home deserves.
