This was an inspiring build for Pro-Structure as our client had a specific image in mind for his dream beach getaway.
A stylish retreat located nearby Hawkes Bay’s favourite coastal settlement, Waimarama. Timber weatherboard cladding conveys a tasteful impression of this modern-day villa boasting two separate dwellings, enclosed by a classy fence for privacy and perfect for holidaying families.
The raked ceiling with exposed rafters is an element generating acapacious feeling throughout with custom-built white ash staircases.
Large outdoor facility fully tailored for cooking and entertaining with the luxury of timber decking for those months while on vacation.
