Located in the urban and creative Inner-West of Sydney, Brick Lane is a seven-storey apartment building catering to those who are design-conscious and sustainability-minded.

The apartments feature versatile live-work spaces and are dual key to accommodate a variety of enterprises from home. The building has a unique cross-over design enabling most apartments to have easterly views towards Sydney harbour. There is a dramatic double-height through site link; contemporary finishes, rooftop terraces, and a lushly vegetated communal urban area with a playground, garden and seating.

Dickson Rothschild successfully supported the Client through the development application, marketing and construction documentation of this project. As part of our role, we were the key experts facilitating the successful negotiation and expediting of the development approval through Land and Environment Court.
