Workrooms are a company working with property owners and tenants to design and manage short term flexible, and technology driven office space. Gray Puksand designed their new co-working space in the heart of Broadbeach. They drew inspiration from the surrounding coastal aesthetics that felt authentic to its location by using muted colours and natural materials. With sustainability at its heart, the selection of materials was an important part of the project. Laminates, solid surfaces, and paints were not only chosen for their elegant appearance, but for their healthy profiles too. These all work hard to create a healthier environment, which supports sustainable practices and conscious design.
