FLiP Camperdown: A redevelopment of a 500sqm site featuring three homes, including a 90sqm three-bedroom residence and two 42sqm one-bedroom homes, enhancing housing density near Wellington's film production hub.
FLiP Camperdown is a development consisting of three homes on a ~500sqm site, which previously housed a single dwelling and a leaky garage. The original structures were removed (and rehomed) to maximize site utilization through open dialogue with our client. This project delivered one 90sqm three-bedroom home (FLiP PUNCH 90, now NEST MID) and two 42sqm one-bedroom homes (FLiP MINI), each on its own title. The redevelopment has increased density and provides a sought-after housing model near the film production hub on the eastern edge of Wellington city.
