Revitalization of a dated apartment block in Mt Eden with contemporary finishes, enhanced joinery, redesigned entry and stairwell, and the addition of louvre sunshades for improved aesthetics and functionality.
Taking this dated and worn apartment block we designed a contemporary low maintenance new finish.
Contrasting textures and colours lifted the stature of this building. New joinery and deck finishes were designed to enhance each apartment.
The entry and stairwell were redesigned and the Northern face was completed with louvre sunshades.
