This project involves the demolition of an existing residence, excavation of land, and construction of a new three-level residence. Our collaborative approach involves closely working with the client to understand their preferences in relation to furniture and furnishings, finishes, flooring, cabinetry, fittings, fixtures, window treatments, wall coverings, lighting, and hardware. Tailored to their taste and lifestyle, our selections elevate the interiors with high-quality materials and custom-designed solutions that maximise both functionality and aesthetics. At STUDIO GAXA, we aim to produce a required set of interior drawings that facilitate efficient coordination of the design and construction process.
