A Fresh Coastal Update for a Coromandel Bach
Our clients wanted to refresh their bach kitchen while keeping its relaxed, quintessential character. The original layout had the fridge positioned in the middle of the living area, breaking up the space. We reworked the design by creating a functional wall of tall cabinetry and a U-shaped kitchen that tucks neatly under the window, making the most of the natural light.
The new layout feels open, bright, and effortless — perfect for beachside living. Rounded handles maintain the classic bach feel, while the stunning texture of the Melteca White Painted Wood cabinetry adds warmth and character. The Millbrook Honed benchtop by Trendstone completes the space with a soft, natural finish.
The result? A beautifully updated kitchen that feels lighter, more functional, and still proudly true to its Coromandel bach roots.
