This new development is located on a busy sub-arterial road with multi-use zoning allowing the client to build road facing commercial units with apartments on the upper level. Use of indigenous materials and long-lasting beauty of the exposed concrete blocks and timber makes it a warm welcoming experience for the residents and visitors. Such a development brings a positive effect in the vicinity by carefully adding to the commercial fabric as well as providing affordable apartments.
