A new contemporary beach house was designed and built with an emphasis on the coastal lifestyle afforded to this location. Striking use of modern materials provides a clean contemporary feel. The layout takes advantage of the eastern ocean views & northern sunlight filtering into the indoor & outdoor living areas.
