Issues with leakiness were identified at Eden 2, a development of 97 townhouses in 8 blocks.

To remedy the problems, Teak Construction Group replaced exterior cladding, windows and roofing, while rectifying significant passive fire protection and structural issues. Following extensive invasive works, Teak Construction Group repaired and refurbished the interiors of the buildings to bring them back to their original condition.
