Fabrica is a contemporary new build house designed by McMahon and Nerlich, inspired by Spanish influences and the unique style of owners Chris Quirk and Kim Edwards. The house boasts a beautiful main bedroom suite with a green-tiled ensuite oasis and natural light downstairs, while a feature spiral stair leads you upstairs to soaring ceilings in the living area. Handmade Moroccan tiles in the kitchen and an entertainers terrace that connects to a stunning pool and roof deck add to the charm of this unique home.
The main living area of Fabrica is flooded with natural daylight from large windows facing east, north, and west. The clients' impeccable style is showcased through classic furniture, accessories, and art collected on their travels. This urban luxury home seamlessly blends contemporary design with elements of a converted warehouse, creating a truly remarkable living space that reflects the personalities of its owners. Completed in 2023, Fabrica is a testament to innovative architecture and thoughtful design.
