Handmade Moroccan tiles in the kitchen and an entertainers terrace that connects to a stunning pool and roof deck add to the charm of this unique home.
The main living area of Fabrica is flooded with natural daylight from large windows facing east, north, and west. The clients' impeccable style is showcased through classic furniture, accessories, and art collected on their travels. This urban luxury home seamlessly blends contemporary design with elements of a converted warehouse, creating a truly remarkable living space that reflects the personalities of its owners. Completed in 2023, Fabrica is a testament to innovative architecture and thoughtful design.
