Hobsonville Bungalow Reno

Cain Built Ltd was given the task of rejuvenating this Kiwi classic, ensuring it had a new lease of life, ready for auction!  This charming heritage bungalow located in Hobsonville was in desperate need of some love and modern touches. Through a major internal renovation we opened up the home to greatly increase light flow throughout and create more useable space with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. While all interiors were modernised, we meticulously preserved and restored many of the gorgeous character features, such as stained glass windows and ceiling details which give this villa it's charm. The addition of large bi-fold doors from the living area out onto new decking, created an outdoor living space, further enhancing the appeal of this property. We were proud to present this picture perfect bungalow to our clients.
