Modern boutique guest accommodation nestled in a stunning vineyard in Havelock North, completed in 2021, featuring a thoughtfully designed landscape that enhances privacy and seasonal interest.
Situated amongst a stunning vineyard in Havelock North, Hawkes Bay, lies the eye-catching Espaso Verde project, In the Vines. Completed in 2021, this modern project provides boutique guest accommodation. The design focused on incorporating just a few key species with mass planting to create an effective and powerful effect in the large space.
A river stone entranceway provides a link to the local river environment, as well as forming the entrance to the property. Betula nigra and Ulmus Parvifolia add vertical interest, while the villas are nestled amongst the planting design, creating private spaces. This project is sure to captivate guests with its seasonal interest, texture and architectural form.
