A home built in the 70's that was let go and needed some serious love has been renovated personally by Joel and Jess Macreadie. We bought this property in 2020 and took us nine months to renovate the entire home, whilst living there.
The home has been completely transformed and given a new breath of life which it desperately needed. Joel did not hold back on the detailing to this property and it clearly shows in the end product.

Joel Macreadie has been involved in New Zealand's building industry all his working life. After leaving school at 16, he completed his apprenticeship in Rotorua. After working successfully in the industry for a number of years Joel moved to Auckland and, in 2014, founded Macreadie Builders. Although Joel’s first love is renovations, especially character houses, he is equally passionate about building custom new builds.
Alongside Joel is a dedicated team of on-site and back office staff who bring enthusiasm to every job they do.
