Set in an established Sorenson garden in the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney, Architecture AND are undertaking a series of interventions; selective alterations to the heritage dwelling, a number of modifications in the garden and a new pavilion.
The new pavilion provides an elemental experience of cooking and bathing, complementing the primary dwelling and creating a sense of adventure within the site.
A palette of dark toned timber and roofing contrasts to an interior of warm timber, stone and brick.
Architecture that's second to nature AND design thinking to make cities work. Working across a breadth of natural and urban settings, our projects are materially rich and geometrically precise, with a deep sense of care underpinning all that we do.
