This first-floor addition project consists of 4 bedrooms including a master suite, living room, walk-in linen and an additional bathroom.
Ground floor renovations included the conversion of the original existing master ensuite to the new staircase and utilising the under-stair space as a new walk-in kitchen pantry.
The exterior of the first-floor addition was wrapped in cladding and rendered finish completing a seamless modern design.
