By Morriarchi Architecture
Mons residence located on Queensland's Sunshine Coast in the leafy suburb of Buderim Mountain is a private luxury rural residence taking full advantage of the surrounding bush setting.
The residence aims to invite the surrounding bush into the building by use of an internal atrium which acts as a light well for the lower level of the residence.
Entertaining being a primary briefing requirement, the residence incorporates an entertaining terrace, games room, bar & fire pit separated from the main residence for those social occasions.
The project is currently in design development at Morriarchi Architecture, construction of the project is set for 2023.
