Set within a tight Brooklyn streetscape, our New York Residence is a seven-storey home that embodies architectural restraint and material clarity. The façade is composed with quiet strength—robust yet refined—balancing textured stone at street level with deeply recessed openings above. Internally, spaces unfold with measured precision: curved stairwells, lofty volumes, and monolithic stone elements are softened by natural light and fine detailing. A deliberately reduced palette underscores the calm, while double-height voids and sculptural forms create a rhythm of compression and release. The project speaks to a timeless sensibility—considered, enduring, and unapologetically still. Construction Completion 2026.
