A modernist residence in Noosa, completed in 2020, featuring sustainable design principles, including recycled building materials, autonomous energy generation, and rainwater harvesting, complemented by three luxury one-bedroom villas.
Noosa / 2018-2020
A modernist building, this house located in Noosa exhibits sound principles in sustainable design. Parts of an existing building were recycled, including a slab and a few walls. The new building itself functions autonomously, generating its own electricity and harvesting rainwater with a large underground tank, while beautiful large eaves shade the glazed facades.
Noosa House has one primary residence and three independent luxury one bedroom villas.
