With stunning views across Napier, this Puketapu residence built on the Te Roera hills is nothing less than magnificent. Pavilion style was the optimal solution to the shape of the section allowing the sunny views to be enjoyed by all living and majority of bedrooms. Clad with light grey/blue linear oblique, cream aluminium joinery and corrugate roofing befitting the french country theme from the outside-in, with exposed trusses lining the raked ceiling throughout the living wing. Compact and suitable for family dwelling with an open patio area connected to all kitchen and living, creates a more spacious vibe.

“We had the pleasure of using Pro- Structure for building of our HSM security Office complex. This company was a pleasure to work with. They proved to be professional, flexible when required and accommodating throughout the process. The determination to complete the details of the building to a high standard was refreshing. It was a positive experience using this company.”
