Elegant pavilion-style home in Pegasus, featuring dual street frontages, stunning Hebel panel and cedar weatherboard cladding, and a grand interior with scissor trusses leading to a covered alfresco area.
Nestled amongst other quality homes in the ever popular Pegasus town in North Canterbury, this pavilion styled home has not one, but two street frontages. The main pedestrian access leads you up to the double door entry via steps, adorned with immaculate landscaping either side.
Clad predominantly in Hebel panel with striking JSC Cedar Shiplap Weatherboards to the gable ends, and contrasting Colorsteel Longrun Trimdek roofing in black, gives this residence a modern yet timeless aesthetic.
Internally there is a sense of grandeur with scissor trusses to the master, lounge and living.... which leads out to raking covered alfresco area.
