Salt is a large brownfield residential development in Arataki, near Mount Maunganui, Tauranga that includes 71 architecturally designed apartments and townhouses, as well as a childcare centre and cafe.

Salt presents a high density residential development in a well-connected and established area that is within close proximity to local shops, the Bayfair Shopping Centre and Mount Maunganui’s coastline. MPAD led the consenting process, collaborating with several other consultants who provided necessary technical input Salt was completed in 2019 and has contributed positively to the urban aesthetic and vibrancy of Arataki.

MPAD is thrilled to have led this landmark project, seeing it come to life and have a positive impact on its residents and the surrounding environment.
