Teak Construction Group were awarded the Selwyn Road Apartments project on a remediation basis. It was immediately clear that the project would be a challenging one and required extension of the scope to meet the specific needs of our client. The structure was pared back to framing and completely reclad using an imported Trespa system to create a completely watertight system. We then moved into the interior of the building customising each apartment to the owners tastes.
