A new home designed for a young family within one of the City of Subiaco’s character area, this has been designed for a narrow plot and blends efficient planning with epic open spaces.
A balance between highly contemporary spaces and compliance with the City’s rigid planning requirements has resulted in a home design which offers a natural continuation of the existing streetscape and also provides the owners with highly sculptured spaces.
The project commenced construction mid-2022 with an anticipated build period of twelve months.
