So Hotel, at 67 Customs Street, is Auckland CBDs newest five-star hotel as well as the first So Hotel by Sofitel in the Pacific Region. The building has been extensively refurbished and now provides 133 spacious rooms and guest suites, and a vibrant rooftop bar open to guests and the public.
The So Hotel is situated in an ideal location for both the corporate and high-end leisure traveller, just one street back from Auckland’s stunning harbour foreshore, opposite the Britomart transport hub, and a five-minute walk to the popular Auckland Viaduct entertainment precinct.
CPMC acted in the capacity of Project Manager and the construction advisor.
