Private & quiet residences on a busy road. The brief was to maximise the development yield. However, the client also wanted a signature building to establish their reputation as a builder of quality apartments in the area. The design solution involved a combination of split-level townhouses, and semi-basement garages to maximise the available open space and sunlight in each dwelling. The street façade was given a ‘row house’ appearance that steps up the hill. The dwellings are spacious and light, with quality finishes throughout.
