Spring Cove Apartments: A stunning low-rise development featuring sixteen bespoke two and three-bedroom apartments, designed with a focus on the natural bush setting of St Patrick’s Estate, Manly, complemented by award-winning interior design.

These apartments are part of the Spring Cove development within the heritage-rich St Patrick’s Estate, Manly. The building provides sixteen two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments over two levels with below-ground parking. Two interior design schemes were developed for potential purchasers: one used a light, neutral palette and the second design included warm-toned timbers and darker accents. All of the interiors responded to the Spring Cove bush setting. A display apartment was built on-site and TKD Interiors completed the interior design, furniture specification, and styling for marketing. The interiors were packaged to suit the purchasers’ requests so all apartments were bespoke.
